Landscape Concept Plans provide an appropriately scaled drawing of the project area, proposing the layout of suggested landscape works including;
- paved areas;
- turf areas;
- garden bed areas (including specific plant placement);
- level changes (incorporating retaining walls and steps);
- decking / pergolas;
- water features;
- recommended materials;
- plant schedule (including plant species, quantity, recommended pot purchase sizes, estimated mature dimensions)

A finalised Landscape Concept Plan is prepared and issued to the client following a site meeting and detailed site analysis involving consideration of existing site features such as existing vegetation, soil conditions, aspect and client use requirements. A draft plan is issued to the client mid-way through the design process for comment.

If required the Landscape Concept Plan can be forwarded to specialist landscape contractors and/or landscape lighting designers to obtain a quote for implementation of the design.
The Landscape Concept Plan is a design concept only and is not issued for construction. Engineers details of some proposed site features (i.e. large retaining walls) may be required for construction purposes.

The fee for Landscape Concept Plans vary from site to site. A meeting can be arranged to determine the scope of works and a quotation issued for preparation of the plan.
